Job Description:

Project Manager owns the execution of various tasks, set by the Marketing and Operations department. 

Opportunity to become a part of the core team, in a unique leading product with top clients in the industry, worldwide. As part of the team, you will be working with the top jewelry e-tailers and global partners. This includes Top-100 eBay, Amazon, and Etsy sellers, and world-leading jewelry brands and manufacturers. 

Working directly with our CEO, you will be responsible for making things happen.  From executing marketing campaigns and tasks through work with subcontractors and pushing processes in the company. We don’t expect you to be a professional in every aspect. We do require a strong combination of ability to learn, experience, and sharp focus on the result.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Motivation to:

• Make things happen
• Execute various tasks, mostly in Marketing and Operations
• Learn quickly, in multiple fields
• Execute special projects in-house, and with our partners & clients
• Get deep into the jewelry eCommerce
• Work with the Growth and Product teams to find simple solutions for complex tasks
• Organize online webinars, events, to help our company push our amazing product forward

What it takes:

Professionally:

• Proven experience in project management
• Understanding of the digital world, especially marketing (preferably SEO, Social)
• Experience in managing subcontractors or freelancers – a plus
• Strong computer skills
• Languages
  • Fluent English speaker with strong written and verbal skills
  • Hebrew – big advantage
  • Extra languages – a plus
• “9-to-5 employees” and technophobes need not apply

Location: Israel, on-site (Haifa) & hybrid
Time-zone: combined, Europe-US  
Experience: 2-5 years
